The first $34,000 of income paid to a Pastor, Bishop, Elder, Minister or church worker directly from the ministry organization is considered non taxable income by the IRS.
Certain types of Corporations and Trusts can assume home loans with the Bank's blessing and cooperation once the deed has been transferred into the designated Trust/Corporation's name.
Property, cash, and valuables held in the proper trust by law are not subject to probate proceedings. They are simply passed on within the trust to the designated beneficiary(s).
Certain Non-Profit Organizations are eligible to buy property for $1.00 and they are also eligible to receive block grants to improve those properties for the"welfare and betterment of the communities" that they serve.
